Chuokuang Technology Anji Team Building Successfully Wrapped Up!

On ordinary days, we immerse ourselves in focused work and practice with dedication; in our leisure time, we head into the mountains and fields to recharge and move forward. To relieve team stress, strengthen cohesion, and empower team growth, all colleagues of Suzhou Chuokuang Technology embarked on a three-day team-building trip to Anji. With mountains and rivers as the opening chapter and companionship as our guide, we forged tacit understanding through collaboration and refined our original aspirations in nature, making every gathering a source of confidence for embarking on new journeys.

  01  DAY1 | Bamboo Rhythm Inspires a New Journey, Shared Endeavor Unites Hearts  

Outdoor Team Building

After arrival and rest, systematic team development training was carried out in an orderly manner. With "integration and mutual understanding, trust building, and collaborative progress" at its core, this development program customized multiple immersive interactive activities, specifically targeting the enhancement of team collaboration capabilities, communication efficiency, and sense of responsibility.

  Part.01  Ice-Breaking Integration Challenge  

The ice-breaking interaction session kicked off first. All employees actively engaged with one another and collaborated supportively, quickly breaking down barriers between positions and departments, dissolving collaboration obstacles in daily work, and building a united, harmonious, and like-minded team atmosphere.

  Part.02  Team Muster Showdown 

The "Muster on the Battlefield" project focuses on efficient collaboration and precise execution. Participants compete blindfolded, relying entirely on standardized team commands and tacit cooperation to complete various challenges.

With clear division of labor, rapid response, and mutual support through mistakes, the activity fully demonstrated the excellent professional qualities of Chuokuang employees: rigorous and meticulous, pragmatic and efficient, and highly collaborative.

 Part.03 Blindfolded Fencing Competition 

The blindfolded fencing activity profoundly embodies the core value of team trust and mutual support. On the field, the path ahead is unknown and full of challenges, and all advances, retreats, attacks, and defenses rely entirely on teammates' guidance and tacit cooperation.

All members deeply realized that personal growth relies on the support of the team, and team progress stems from the commitment of every member. Mutual trust and mutual support are the core confidence for the team to overcome difficulties.

Competition showcased elegance, and generous rewards honored unity. This development activity included team cash incentives. After a fierce yet friendly contest, each team competed with full concentration and strived to excel. The winning teams were finally selected:

First place: 4,000 yuan; second place: 3,000 yuan; third place: 2,000 yuan; fourth place: 1,000 yuan. Every reward is an affirmation of hard work; every honor is a medal of collaboration. With honor as motivation and original aspiration as the starting point, the entire team will continue to unite, move forward together, and strive for excellence in the future!

   02 DAY 2 | Above the Clouds, Scenic Views; Riding the Waves, Brilliance Revealed  

After a night's rest, all members were full of energy and set off fully prepared, arriving at the core scenic area of Anji Cloud Grassland. Reaching the summit and gazing into the distance, they saw layered mountains, rolling clouds, and gentle breezes, with vast and far-reaching mountain scenery. All employees strolled through the mountains and sat quietly to express their thoughts, releasing work pressure, calming their minds, and gathering momentum for progress amid the natural scenery.

In the afternoon, all members headed to Xianlong Gorge to experience the distinctive bamboo sea rafting activity. Surrounded by green mountains, with swaying bamboo shadows and murmuring clear streams, everyone shed their workplace roles and broke down departmental boundaries, freely playing in the water and gathering to chat joyfully. Releasing physical and mental stress in unrestrained joy, they fully demonstrated the vibrant, united, friendly, and enterprising spirit of the Chuokuang team.

   03 DAY 3| Bamboo Sea Unites Hearts, Gathering Momentum to Set Sail   

On the final day of the team building event, all employees visited China's Grand Bamboo Sea, a national-level scenic area, to immersively experience the heritage of the bamboo hometown and quietly enjoy the tranquility of nature. The vast bamboo sea stretches in rolling waves, with fresh breezes rustling through the forest and bamboo waves surging, allowing everyone to calm their minds, reflect, and recharge for the journey ahead. The upright, resilient, and ever-renewing character of green bamboo aligns perfectly with Suzhou Chuokuang Technology's development philosophy of staying grounded, deepening expertise, and advancing steadily toward long-term goals.

An excellent team is always a two-way journey: at work, standing side by side, overcoming difficulties, and dedicating fully to practical action; in leisure time, accompanying one another with one heart, enjoying mountains and seas together, and moving forward warmly with united strength. This Anji team building event was not only a physical and mental rest and healing, but also a deep tempering of team spirit. Three days together, we forged friendships through companionship, refined our original aspirations in nature, and gathered momentum for progress. In the future, all members of Suzhou Chuokuang Technology will carry passion and original aspirations, and with a fuller state and more cohesive team strength, pursue steady and far-reaching progress, jointly embarking on a new journey of high-quality corporate development.
